Lotus Dish 3

Wheel thrown warped porcelain dish with a cut rim. Decorated only with fire and ash from the wood kiln. You can see the path of the flame as it rushed past the three wadding marks--almost resembling an owl or penguin face with the flashing marks. Fired at River Song kiln in Plano, IL.

Microwave and dishwasher safe. 

Measures about 5-1/2" in diameter and 1-1/4" tall.
