Chrysanthemum Bloom Square Dish

A small square dish with a chrysanthemum in full bloom surrounded by an S-Fret motif.

The chrysanthemum flower is a treasured Asian motif symbolizing the possibility of triumph in tough times and a reminder to be brave in the face of adversity. These lessons taken together form a larger message of longevity. It is surrounded by a traditional fret motif, signifying infinite wealth. 

Each piece is decorated using the mishima technique. Every design is etched completely by hand and filled in with pigmented clay and the excess is wiped away. 

Measures approximately 4-1/4" long by 4-1/4" wide and 3/4" tall. 

Microwave and dishwasher safe.
